No matter who you are or where you come from, if you are in 6th-12th grade you are welcome at Youth. We have middle school, high school, and combined youth programs!

Wednesday Youth Worship:

Enjoy some games, discussion in small groups, a Bible lesson, movies, and worship.

Wednesday evenings in the CCLC, Youth Room. (215 W Mulberry st Sherman TX 75090)

  • Homework and Hangout Time 4:00-5:30

  • Fellowship dinner in Binkley Hall 5:30-6:00

  • Gather & Announcements 6:00-6:15

  • Worship 6:15-7:00

  • Small groups 7:00-7:30

Sundays:

Sunday School

9:00-9:45 am in the youth room in the CCLC

Youth Band

11:00 am- 12:00 pm in the youth room in the CCLC

Youth Parents Information

We want every parent to know that your student’s spiritual growth is our top priority at First Methodist Sherman. We take great steps to ensure a safe, secure environment, where students may discover the truth in Jesus Christ. Our hope is that they connect and grow deeper in their walk with Christ. There are many ways you as a parent can get involved in supporting the spiritual growth of your student each week. There is no more important work than that of raising up committed, bold student leaders of the faith and you are critical in that equation. Please begin by spending a moment each day in prayer for this ministry. Contact the Youth Ministries office if you have any questions, or are considering volunteering to change the life of young people for Jesus!
